With an established list of successful projects in Washington Metropolitan Area we are organized into two divisions: the BDS Construction Division focusing on projects ranging from $5,000 to $2,000,000 and BDS Concrete Division focusing on projects from 5,000 to $500,000. We serve the U.S. federal government, state and local government agencies, and private-industry clients.
